With all us spending an enforced period of time at home, here’s coach Paige with a simple but effective bodyweight workout that you can do at home! 

(1) Crossover Lunge 

(2) Pulse & Press 

(3) Side Lunge 

(4) Arm Circles

Do each exercise for 35-45 seconds with a 15 second breather!

And let’s do these exercises 4 times through 💪🏾 See you on the other side 🔥
