How Suma Lost 11kg and Fell in Love with Fitness; Even Though She Wasn’t Sporty

Meet Suma

Suma is a 48-year-old from Islington who came to JB Fitness UK feeling unsure, unfit, and a little sceptical.

After having her 2nd baby, she knew she wanted to look after her body but she had never found anything that stuck. Nothing had lasted more than six months before.
