This small group personal training system was initially created because I was tired of seeing people being “cheated” by traditional gyms plus having started as a 1:1 personal trainer, I wanted to create a system & a team, which allowed us to help & reach as many people as possible.
Our Fit, Toned & Confident Program has been developed upon our 3F method for success.

We engage you in circuit based, weight training sessions to push your body to get toned, lean and healthy fast. This allows to combine both the cardio & resistance based aspects of exercise into one SUPER effective workout. This will help you to increase your strength, improve your metabolism and melt your body fat. Ps weights will NOT make you bulky!
We’ll teach and guide you to eat the correct foods and the right amount for your body and goals. We have a fantastic online nutrition system that will teach you how to lose weight whilst still having your favourite foods. This way, your results are achieved in a sustainable manner which means the results will last. Using this system,your energy levels will improve and you will build a beautiful toned physique which elevate you to a higher level of health and confidence.
We meet, coach, guide and keep you accountable to guarantee we achieve your small goals every week until you reach your big goal and solidify it with new, healthy habits and the lifestyle you desire.

Do you train Men & Women Separately?
With our Fit, Toned & Confident, small group personal training program, we offer both ladies only training sessions and mixed sessions in our timetable.
I have not worked out in a while, will I survive the sessions?
Absolutely! Personalisation is key to getting the best possible results, which is why our workout programs are modified to fit your goals and individual fitness level.
Every training session is led by one of our expert fitness coaches and is designed to specifically around you and your exercise history.
Each session is fun, supportive and progressive, helping you burn maximum fat, in minimum time.
I’m excited but at the same time nervous about joining... should I be?
It’s natural to feel like that when starting a new routine/habit and meeting new people for the first time.
Everyone who is currently a member will hold their hands up and tell you they probably felt exactly the same thing.
However, we are different to any gym or exercise program you may have been involved with in the past.
You’ll not be left on your own to ‘work it out’, or be standing in the corner on your own.

Do I have to train on the same day each week?
Of course not.
As we have sessions taking place Monday - Saturday, you have the freedom to train on any days & times that fit your schedule for the given week.
We have sessions as early as 5.45am, 615am & 7am plus we have evening sessions at 7pm & 7.45pm throughout the week.
For example, you could train on Monday & Wednesday in week one and then you could train on Tuesday & Thursday on the following week.
Where are the sessions located?
We are located at Christ Church Highbury, N5 1SA & St. John Highbury Vale, Conewood Street, N5.
All sessions take place in our indoor space.
Our sessions take place Monday - Saturday and you have the opportunity to book yourself into any session that suits your schedule.
Is This the same as a class of bootcamp?
Our Fit, Toned & Confident programme provides you with all of the best aspects of a 1:1 Personal Training Programme but within small group format.
Our sessions are limited to no more than 5 people at one time.
This means that you get the personalisation that you need to achieve your results.
You will never be “lost” in a session nor will you be unsure of what to do.
However, when training in a small group, you will get the energy, camaraderie and support of training with other like-minded people.
Does Our Program Include Nutritional Help?
We know the importance that nutrition plays in achieving your results so we have invested in a fantastic online nutrition system that will teach you how to lose weight whilst still having your favourite foods.
This way, your results are achieved in a sustainable manner which means the results will last.
