Regular cardiovascular training; think walking, brisk movement, moderate aerobic sessions, metabolic resistance training (this is what we do) does more than make you less breathless.
In fact, this is part of the reason why we’ve started introducing our famousĀ capacityĀ blocks into our training sessions.
