It’s been a super wet last couple of days which probably meant many of us were tucked away in the warmth of our homes.

Well, we’re back INSIDE of Christ Church Highbury and still changing lives through our small group personal training sessions:
At the start of lockdown, one of the mantra’s that I adopted was to “Control The Controllable”.
With all of the uncertainty in the world at the moment, we have to focus on the things we can control.
And that’s exactly what we’ve encouraged all of our members to do with their health & fitness.
So if you need any help with your health & fitness, let us know.
We’re delivering our in person sessions on Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 630am, 715am & 8am.
