Isn’t it crazy how much can change in 7 – 10 days.
This time last week we were all talking about heat wave that struck the UK at the start of that week and now this feels like a memory as we’ve all moved on to the next topic.
With that in mind, I wanted to give you 3 tips that will make a significant impact on your health & fitness over the next 10 days.
Set a daily water goal.
Water is great for balancing your hormones, aiding in fat loss and helping you to reduce your calorie intake.
1.5 – 2 litres per day will improve your skin, energy levels & waist.
Set a daily protein goal.
Protein is one of the secrets to a supercharged metabolism because protein FEEDS lean muscle.
We all need protein to help promote and maintain our muscle content.
Lean muscle is responsible for a strong posture and lean muscle burns 3 times as many calories at rest as fat does.
This means that the more lean muscle you have, the more calories you burn🔥 🔥 🔥
If you want to get or stay lean you MUST make protein a priority.
Plus, you can consume protein from both animal & non-animal sources.
Step and squat challenge.
10,000 steps is well known to many of us and is such a great way to hit your activity goals when trying to stay strong & healthy.
However, can we go one step further and add daily squats into the equation.
How about 20 – 40 squats per day alongside your steps?
This will do wonders for your legs, core & glutes.
If your competitve, perhaps you can get your partner or family to join this challenge with you?
