Absolutely! Personalisation is key to getting the best possible results, which is why our workout programs are modified to fit your goals and individual fitness level.
Every workout session is led by one of our expert fitness coaches and is designed to be fun, supportive and challenging, helping you burn maximum fat, in minimum time.
What are the sessions like?
Our small group personal training sessions combine the best parts of a 1:1 personal training session where you have the attention and individualised programme with the energy and camaraderie of training in a small group.
Unlike the typical class that you may have experienced, our sessions are limited to a maximum 5 people at once and are ladies only. This means that you wont't get lost in the group or find yourself unsure of what to do. Plus, you'll 4 other people alongside you helping you to progress.
Where are the sessions located?
We are located at Christ Church Highbury, N5 1SA & St. John Highbury Vale, Conewood Street, N5. All sessions take place in our indoor locations.
Our sessions take place Monday - Saturday and you have the opportunity to book yourself into any session that suits your schedule.

It’s natural to feel like that when starting a new routine/habit and meeting new people for the first time.
Everyone who is currently a member will hold their hands up and tell you they probably felt exactly the same thing.
