Coach Paige has put together this super effective workout that you can do at home & all you need are two water bottles! This is a great way to get yourself going using your household appliances :)

15 MINUTE HOME WORKOUT
This is a TOUGH one! Coach JB takes you through a 7 station circuit that will last you 15 minutes. Again, all you need is a single kettlebell :) If you don't have a kettlebell, you can use a backpack - just fill it up with a couple of books :)
Listen to coach Louie as he takes you through his no equipment, tabata workout. Each exercise will only last for 20 seconds but it will raise the heart rate like crazy!
